Pete spent 16 years in the U.S. Air Force as fighter pilot before returning to the private sector. He founded Brazos in 2015. Pete is an active pilot and an industry authority on FOQA / FDM. Pete obtained his MBA from TCU and his bachelors degree from Northeastern University.

Tracy was with Lockheed Martin for 15 years prior to joining Brazos in 2017. Tracy leads our technical teams globally. Tracy graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

Tom spent nearly 30 years at Boeing in various roles, rising to lead marketing and sales for a meaningful operating unit. Mike led sales and marketing for three aviation businesses before joining Brazos in 2018. Tom obtained his B.S. and MBA from Saint Louis University.

David’s experience spans across the aerospace safety industry in Australia and APAC, including 9 years with Jacobs helping pioneer safety and risk programs. David obtained dual master degrees in Systems Engineering and Aviation Science from the University of New South Wales.

With almost 20 years of experience in corporate and strategic Finance, Kingsley has held various leadership roles instrumentally in driving company growth and profitability. He holds an MBA from The University of Dallas with a concentration in Corporate Finance, as well as an undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
